If you retrieve your purchase for the Challenge Pass or BASSPass then the process is pretty smooth. Sometimes there is a session time out if you don't retrieve it so you have to log out of KBF and then back in and it works after that. Let me know if you are still having problems.

LOL, I had all sorts of problems. Seems it was a browser issue with the register button not being available. Using Firefox or Safari, the register button was available further down the page beside a different challenge (but not beside the current challenge). With Chrome, it wasn't available at all.

As far as registering goes, again with a browser issue (was using Safari) my checkout "errored out" according to Google and recommended I use Firefox or Chrome. I went back in and ordered using Firefox. However, I received two purchase notifications so it seems as though the first "errored out" order placed fine. I now have 2 BassPasses (I only want one). Then when I click on the "retrieve my purchase", I get ASP.NET issues.

Heh, any recommendations on where to go next? :)

The register button is not available on the challenges that are already in progress. So that is why you had the register button further down. For the challenges that are already in progress the register button has been disable because unless you have a basspass you cannot register. Once you purchase the basspass there is a 48 hour waiting period for the challenges that are already in progresss for you to enter. This is why you don't have register buttons for these challenges. As far as the google checkout, did you close your browser window before clicking the retrieve purchase link ? Just trying to figure out why we are having this issue sporadically ? Any help would be appreciated ? thanks.

I did not close my browser. I was in Firefox when I did this, is there any browser specific code that could have caused it?

I do know that I tried to "retrieve purchase" with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (obviously after closing the initial browser session) none of them worked.

You can now see the number of entries in each challenge. It has been added as a column on the main challenge pages.
