Okie, go to one of the home improvement stores and purchase a strip of 1"x1/8" aluminum. Cut pieces about 1" in lengths, drill each piece and tap to the size screw you will be using. We used 10x32 tap and screws, if you have a belt sander round the corners and they will slide easier in the tracks.

Check out the Mighty Bolt -- MB15-6. I think this is exactly what you're looking for.

Team it up with the Threaded Knob -- KB1420-6, and you can attach just about anything to a track.

Okie, I have all the plans for the dash board in PDF form. I designed it all AutoCad and printed it out to PDF in 8x11 sections. You can print it, cut a tape the match lines and make your own. I would post it here, but you can attach PDF's to a message board. PM me our e-mail and I will send them to you if you want to make your own. Do a search on here under "Commander dash board" and the thread showing it should all come up.

The nuts made from flat 3/4" x 1/8" flat stock.
