mnt trout slam

did a little trout fishing yesterday.it was great caught 46 biggest was a 19" brookie and had a mnt trout grand slam

Very nice!!! spawning colored brookies are some of the prettiest fish around. Now you just have to take it up a notch and do the same thing with all wild or native fish

You are lucky to have wild fish near you. I could catch natives and a wild brown (that was stocked as a fingerling) but the wild rainbow is a difficult thing to find.

I have my waders on order so it will nto be long till i can get out and go after some brookies
