Can you get a rotating vice for 100

I dont do alot of tying only in the winter or if i need to stock back up on a few things. I want to upgrade my vice but dont wanna spend alot of money. Can a decent rotating vice be bought for around $100. I have done some research and i know there are true rotating vices and ones that rotate but not on the shank of the hook. I have seen some but dont know if they are decent or mostly plastic. If anybody has one that they dont use i would be happy to take it off your hands

I've seen some really talented tyers doing awesome work on a non rotary vise but I'm not that talented
I use a Peak Rotary base style vise http://peakfishing.com/TyingVises.html
Their around $150 new although you might find a Sale or a used one on e-bay if you do I'd jump on it.
I'm not sure if you can buy a good rotary vice for $100? Maybe someone knows of one.

I've got the Anvil Apex which an awesome, bullet proof vice. It rotates but is not a true rotary. They are $100.

I recently purchased my first vise and decided to go with the Anvil Apex. I Got it for $89.99 on Ebay and it came with a bobbin rest. I am new to tying and have had it for about 2 months. I am very happy with it so far. You can find some generic true rotory vises for under $100, but it is hard to find information on alot of those companies. I was skeptical and decided to go with trusted brand. Also I would stay away from the Dan vise. I when to check one out in person at an Orvis store. I took it out of the box and played around with it, I was not impressed. A salesman came up to me and told me that he had seen several of them come back and advised me not to purchase it. My local BPS has a Fly tying night on a regular basis and they set out various vises, tools, equipment, materials and let you work with them. If you have one nearby check into it. It's a good way to get personal hands on experiance with items before actually buying. Plus you can learn alot and meet fellow tyers.
If my local BPS tie was'nt a 2 hour round trip I'd do it more often.
