I've always said that great customer service can make up for a bad experience. Case and point: I ordered my rudder from them earlier this week and it arrived yesterday. The weather looked like it would be bad today so I decided to do the install. On the second step of the install I got lost so I called them thinking that maybe I ordered the wrong version. After a couple of minutes on the phone with them, we discovered that I was sent the wrong kit, but did order the right one. The solution, sending me the correct version on Monday, and a shipping label to return the original. I'm totally satisfied with this (but would have rathered not needed the extra hassle) and will do business with again. The service rep was very nice and apologetic. Highly recommend them and with the several transactions I have had with them in the past, this is the first error. Great job fixing the problem.
