I went for Snakeheads and I am going to eat the few (2) I caught. I have eaten them and they are really, really good light mild white (as white as a sheet of white paper when cooked) flaky meat. I have been gathering information about them and have learned more about them now. Check out this page for some good information:

Who derailed what? Debbie is in the Gulf. The weather forecast Sunday morning showed that we had the morning to fish and the afternoon would get "iffy". I am on the "list" and there was no "derailment". Nobody canceled it. Weather was not so good, but this is Florida. I want to see the pictures too, even the two of my little Snakeheads.
