Kayak Fishing Scotland

Anyone out there? I'm landing in Aberdeen July 17th and will be there for 2-3 years. Shipping my kayak and getting plans together for some nearshore fishing. Are there any kayak fishermen in Aberdeen? From what I've heard the sport hasn't become popular yet, hopefully this changes soon!

Guess he meant Aberbeen in Scotland... me, I'm several hours further south from there. Fished up that way in the past though.

Not sure about Kayaking, but a Scotsman on another board posted some awesome pix of the landscape, rivers, and the fish. You have an opportunity being over there - exploit it.
