HOW benefit tournament DFW tx.

For those of you at the gtg y'all heard what how means to me, its bc of HOW i have made it as far as i have. Im finally to a point where i can try and give something back. I think i am at a point in my life where i can put together a tournament in which all the proceeds will benefit the dfw chapter of HOW. this is the first time I've organized something on this scale, so i am asking for your input. All you guys who know how this stuff works please chime in with ANY info you feel will be helpful. . What I've got so far (this is a rough outline, everything is subject to change. We are shooting for April 6th as our date. I think we are gonna try for the LBJ grasslands. This is a NO money tourney, you will compete for prizes, all cash goes to how. We will be trying to get sponsors to provide prizes (anyone with contacts of possible sponsors let me know.) we will be doing a multi-species contest, bass,catfish, and crappie. I am shooting for 4 un-biased judges, 1 for each species and one to settle any disputes. We are thinking of getting a restraunt to cater and just have a small charge for each plate of chow. I would like to have a veterans division and maybe a kids division. This will be a cpr only contest. 1 line in the water at any given time. You can fish 1,2 or all 3 species, tentatively this is the entry fee; 1 species 15 dollars, 2 25 dollars and 3 30 dollars. That is all I've got right now. Oh any ideas for a catchy name?? Lol. Please feel free to give me feedback. Oe just tell me what Im doing wrong. I know this is a huge venture so anyone interested in volunteering to help, please let me know.
