New to kayaking : from Ohio

Hello All !! I am Kevin from Ohio. I have a Wilderness System Tarpon 140. I am just getting back in to fishing , will be hitting the lakes and rivers in the area. I really like what I see on the forums alot of help and good advise.

Happy to see I talked you into joining the forum! You will love it! Kevin & I bought our new Tarpon 140s together he lives right across the street from me. So there are 3 new kayak fishermen there in Troy Ohio 8-)

Hey Kevin,
I have put in vacation days for this Friday & Monday :D . Just taking a few days off to relax, not going to do much. I did see that it is going to be in the 50’s Sunday and sunny :o ! I don’t know how much, if any ice will be on Kiser by then I may drive up Saturday afternoon and take a look. If it does get that warm & there is not any ice on the lake I might get the tarpon wet Sunday? Brian says he is not going to go lol to cold for him :lol: . If it’s windy I am not going either. I think you have to work though don’t you :? ?
