Jamie and I hit the Juniata today, wow it was eerily calm out there today, right now the river is skin and bones as far as water levels, but that will surely change real soon. We got into alot and I mean alot of smallies today, just no size to speak of, couple in the 16" to just shy of 18" range but action was non-stop with the others. Hit alot of different things today, ranging from spinnerbaits, jerkbaits, wakebaits, cranks, fluke type baits with and without paddle tails, heck I think they would have hit a shiny plain hook today to be honest, they were definatley active just couldnt find any bigs today.
It will be a totally different ballgame after this storm and some cold weather sets in, just hope to be able hit the river before Thanksgiving, if the rivers allow it
