nice price but just a heads up to anyone buying these. the mounting options for this are pretty limited. Its pretty much either helmet mount or suction mount or handlebar mount. Fine for fishing I guess, but limited for mountain biking, motorsports, or other videos especially compared to GoPro® and Vholdr

Just a quick update. I've been using the ATC9K for two weeks now and
I FREAKIN LOVE IT!!!!!!
Good to AWESOME compared to GoPro:
Sound quality - quite honetly blows the GoPro away
Picture quality - comparable
menu simplicity - no counting beeps like on the older GoPro or decoding mysterious letter number combinations. A full featured menu on the LCD screen. Probably (guessing) compares to new GoPro w/ LCD backpack.
Ease of use - Once set up GoPro wins this one with one touch from full off to record mode... BUT the ATC9K lets you shoot video or pics without a bunch of menu changes... push one button for pix, the other for video
Remote control - ATC9K has a full feature remote. It's water resistant instead of water proof, so treat it accordingly
LASER pointer - Yeah that's right. Not sure that you've got the subject centered? Put the dot on the target and start shooting.
Battery life - GoPro by a good margin
Accessories - I REALLY want the GPS card that plugs into the ATC9K to track my route as I fish.
More to come as I play with it over the next few weeks.
