If that is the case - you should also qualify how you plan on fishing them. For example, if your are going to be throwing these larger plastics weightless, then the St. Croix Mojo Bass Wackey Style 6'8" MXF would be fine. It has a good backbone and has handled several 20+" LMB for me over the last year or so. Now if you are talking using heavier weights like a punch rig, then the rod may not be the best.
One of the main focus points about fishing wackey and shakey head presentations is doing so in a more delicate "finesse" presentation. Like our good friend jfrancho reminds people all the time, finesse fishing is about presentation and not always about lure size. You can toss a 10" Power Worm on a drop shot or shakey head and still be considered finesse if you are using delicate/fine movements or even dead-sticking. Having the right rod paired with the proper line/leader combination to allow you to fell the lure is paramount.
For me, 2 of the rods mentioned here serve this purpose well, the aforementioned St. Croix I have, and the Berkley Lightning rod, which I have had 2 of, mentioned by w2n earlier in the thread.
