That removable storage area is a cool idea! I like that its sealed off from the rest of the hull. I would like to see one with that not in place. Looks like it would be a pretty wide open. Thanks for sharing!

H/H,
the Fluid boats have actually been over here for a couple years and they have over 10 dealers in the States.

Phish,
It's pretty common on the New Zealand & South African boats to not have an aftermarket seat, as the cockpit is designed for comfort. Kind of like sitting in a racing bucket.

I've had two of the Kaskazi boats, a Dorado I & II, that are in the same design class as the Bamba, but built of fiberglass & gelcoat and both spec'ing out at 15'11"x 24.8" @ 68lbs and friggin speed demons (one of, if not the fastest SOT made).
Both have fish box's like the Bamba that allow up to 7' rod storage.
The cockpit in these boats are quite comfortable, but are designed for sitting only, no side saddle or standing.

I had a dream the other night filling that rod atorage with water and putting a live muskie in to put in a pond to get rid of sunfish. :)
