WS 135 help

Postby bluegrasskayak » Tue Jan 31, 2012 10:20 am

:? Well it seems in the last 2 days I have went from a Tarpon 100 to WS135 Ride, I would like to trade the WS 135 for a WS 115 Ride, Just to much for me the 135 is, bldg space is limited to work on. This a 2009 model, Sand in color. Excellent shape. not fish ready, Gentleman owned it Kept it inside, like new, only used it a few times, said everthing worked great. I want a WS ride but smaller, I carry light when I go and this to me is a big kayak, so much packing space. I t does not have any tracks on it. I t looks like it came from the factory. I will only leave it up for a couple days, I have ordered tracks from Luther, and other add ons. Thanks for looking

Price and photos will probably help it sell faster. ;)

Not to throw a wet blanket on your hopes, but that probably won't happen. The Wilderness Systems Ride 115 is a new-for-2012 kayak. If there are any used ones out there, they are less than 6 months old. Given that a brand new 115 in the HOOK 1 store is $849, and the value of your 135 is considerable less than that, I don't think you'll find any takers.

Here's the link where I sold my previous 08 Ride 135. It had a fish finder, a bunch of YakAttack gear, anchor trolleys and the like, and it went for $750.00 viewtopic.php?f=66&t=13477&hilit=+Ride+135+for+sale

You will probably have to sell it for what you can and then save your pennies to get a 115.

Well after a little horse trading, I am the new owner of a WS 115 ride. This is one nice ride, doing some simple rigging, Anybody with a picture of a 115 rigged I would like to see it. I picked a cammo color Thanks

keep the boat the way it is and fish it, if you have the angler addition then you have 2 rod holders behind you, and you also should've received a rod holder for the slide trax system.....grab a crate to stow away your goods and you can add a couple rod holders to it. Im only suggesting you fish the boat first before you go rigging it, its easy to become overwhelmed with all the nice looking boats in here but dont get carried away, I rigged the snot out of my 1st kayak and soon found out too much of good thing, just gets cluttered. Take your time, buy what you need, not what everybody else has, and not what you think you need.
