Hey Chad, I bought the BassPass last night and noticed the "register" button is still up when I go to the Challenges page. I was thinking that would go away and the "enter fish" button would show up after I register. I know it's not time to enter fish yet but I just wanted to make sure I registered correctly. It may just take time to enter the registration info..not sure. Thanks.

Click on the Register button for each challenge you want to enter and then it should say Enter Fish.

When I click the register button beside one of the challenges it takes me to the window where I have to select the bass pass or the $20 individual challenge purchase again.

I get the same thing even though I got my basspass a little while back.

You need to click the RETRIEVE MY PURCHASE BUTTON when you are done paying. Also, make sure that you are logged into the forums so that it will recognize you. If that still doesn't work, let us know.

Ok so I went to the confirmation email I rec'd from Google and clicked on this:

Then I found "Click here to retrieve your purchase". But when I clicked that I got:

Log out of KBF, log back in and try it again. After that, it will be up to George to provide guidance because that ends my level of technical expertise.

1. Go back to the confirmation email you got when you paid.
2. Click on the "get up to date info about order #---------"
3. Log into googlechechout and click "click here to retrieve purchase"
It didn't work the first time I tried. I made sure I was logged on to KBF and was on the challenges page the second time and it worked. I was able to click on the register tab on each challenge and the enter fish button appeared.

You should be good to go now. When purchasing the Basspass and challenges please remember to click on the link in the Google checkout page that says "retrieve my purchase". But it you do forget I can fix you up not a big deal.
Not2Day thanks for the work around, I am expecting you to be logged into KBF when you are clicking on the retrieve my order link. I will change the error page to explain that and I am sure all will be fine. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks.
