I decided to try for crappie and placed a crawfish color beetle spin on a MF baitcaster. And on the second cast it all started. Using that MF rod I lost a lot of crappie. Next time I will have a LF spinning rod.
That is my son-n-law fishing with me.

Gotta love the fish catching power of the beetlespin! It is my go-to search bait lure and can catch an amazing variety of fish. Anything from fallfish to snakeheads will eat it.
