LI Bass got me to looking at Google Earth, so I thought I would post up the coordinates of Location X.
32 deg 20' 32" N, 93 deg 35' 12" W
Doesn't look like much on Google Earth, but that big brown river right next to it is the Red River, sight of 2 BASS Federation National Championships, one Classic already, and another scheduled for 2012. The Classic launch is about 1 mile down river from Location X. When Google shot this photo, the river was very high and Location X was about double it's normal size. The oxbow looks totaly different under normal pool contions; what you can't see are the acres of timber that is just barely subsurface in this sat photo.
