We hit the water around 6:45 am and one of the neighbors told us to go to the fish feeders because they feed at 7:00 am. We did just that got caught in a bluegill feeding frenzy, we were boating them left and right and Zane got his very first kayak fish!
After that we went after some bass to see what we could do. I got 2 dinks and a short chunky fellow, Zane took my picture with the biggest one.
We paddled around a little bit and ate our lunch and tried to find some crappie for dinner to no avail. After a little bit of paddling Zane had passed out
White he was asleep I went back to the productive spots from earlier and picked up another dink and this bonus catfish on plastic worms! He was a little guy but I had to take a picture cause no one would have believed that with out photographic evidence
All in all a perfect day! I think it may have had something to do with my KBF shirt and my fancy new KBF decals
