That is a great looking healthy bass right there. Looks like she has spawned already? May have been close enough to call a "7" when full of eggs.

Doesn't it just seem they fight harder? I mean river bass vs. lake bass.... It makes sense to me, river bass have to fight current their whole lives, and also chase faster bait if they want to eat. Nice fish. Next trip for me is to the river for sure. And no.... not the ICW!
