Postby hvac1877 » Sat Apr 07, 2012 2:39 pm

Myself and a few friends started a International Dutch Oven Chapter here in Richmond Va covering the eastern half of the state. We are called Old Dominion Iron Chefs. We are having our first DOG (Dutch Oven Gathering) a potluck dinner. Just want people on here to know about it. Here is the info.

MAY 5 from 11 to 5 pm at Osborne Park and Boat Landing Shelter #2 will be our
first DOG. The address is 9530 Osborne Turnpike, Henrico, VA, 23231
It will be Rain or shine and food should be ready at 3 pm. Come when you want
and stay as long as you want.

OK,

I love to cook, facinated by the cooking shows, own a grill, smoker, and a copper & iron frying pans. But Dutch Ovens?

Tell me more please.

Or give me some good links where I can read up on them.
