kayak newbie

Postby BlueRidge » Tue Feb 28, 2012 10:07 pm

Hello to all. I've been viewing as a guest for sometime and figured it was high time to join. I've been fishing from canoes and wade fishing for a long time and am looking for a new experience. I don't currently have a kayak but I am working on correcting that deficiency. Rivers are my prefered waters but hope to try some lakes and saltwater in the future.

Welcome aboard - plenty of river anglers on here with yaks ranging from a Malibu Mini-X and Tarpon 100 to Jackson Coosas, Commander 120s and Native Manta Ray 12s.......lots of good ones to choose from. Just use the search feature or check out Appomattox River Company's website and make time for their upcoming demo day the second weekend in June.
