My wife told me her SUV stunk when she turned on the AC,and it sounded like the fan was making a noise.She was right. I found this little guy in the AC fan.
Not sure how it got there.

I've seen them destroy wiring, and vacuum lines, but never seen one get in the fan. I'm sure that was an unpleasant smell. I'm sure your wife appreciates you removing it.

When we first got the Nissan Titan Pro 4x, the blower on the AC/Heat started making a noise, within the first couple months we owned it, about the same time they got a recall notice on them for AC problems... sweet I though, nothin out of pocket.

$385 later, I am standing in the parking lot with a bag full of acorns, whole and blended. The recall was for the control motor that switches the door to control airflow, the acorns came from the "cage" where you found your dead mouse. Ours was full of acorns. FULL of acorns, and when we turned it on it became a blender.

I put ratwire on the little triangles of access at the edges of the windshield trim where the wipers hide where the little mini-squirrels were sneaking in.... (tufts of hair gave them away.) and no more problems.
