Goshen, Indiana

Postby Jdunlap807 » Fri Apr 13, 2012 10:44 pm

Hello all, I am from northern Indiana south bend fort wayne area. I have been kayak fishing for a year now and I love it. I have been fishing local rivers for years now and I would always say to myself "I bet the fish are right down there if I could only get to that spot". Well I would say most people have thought the same thing.

So I got my kayak and got to that spot down the river and no fish :( but I got them else where. :D. I am still new to kayak fishing but I got to say it has been the most fun I have ever had fishing and just the thrill and peace and quit of being on the river its just what I need.

So if there is anyone in my area who would love to take a river trip or fish some of our many lakes PM and we can try to work something out. Also anyone who is in the area I would love to talk to about there fishing.

Welcome! I live just southwest of Fort Wayne, fish some of the area reservoirs, and state lakes. Not found many kayak fisherman in the area.

Columbus is located on I-65 at mile 68, 45 mins S of Indy. We fish the Flatrock, Driftwood, and East Fork of White rivers, as well as a multitude of local lakes/ponds. Even hit Lake Monroe occasionally.
