We are now settled in Hawaii. I miss fishing with my buddy roostertail but i am slowly adapting and finding new hotspots. I'm going to be doing alot of saltwater flats fishing and offshore fishing for dolphins, wahoo, etc and some bottom fishing.. Hickam AFB has lots of launch points on base so i am excited... Check out my new boat at this link:
http://www.malibukayaks.com/pdfs/stealth-12.pdfI rented it for a few hours prior to purchasing one and loved it, very stable platform and nice and sturdy offshore.
Fish pics to come soon as soon as I catch some.. Sat AM will be my first time out fishing since we left Wash DC...

Cool

Hawaii seems like an awesome place to be. You are missing out on some crummy weather over here.
Congrats on the new boat!

Very nice!
They have Peacock Bass in Hawaii don't they? I'd love to get one of those guys before I'm done.

Well i semi slimmed the boat today... Had a monster Wahoo on and 1/2 way through the fight i pulled out the video cam and while trying to film i got complacent and i lost the fish..... I will post a link maybe tomorrow of the clip... An hour later i brought up a 5 ft hammerhead boat side and while getting ready to take a pic he caught his breath and made another run and snapped the leader, i wasn't using any steel so it was only a matter of time... Tomorrow AM i hope to land something picture worthy...
