The Realtree Fishing KBF TRAIL Series presented by DEE ZEE continues to its second stop of the 2022 season on February 19th-20th when it visits Lake Folsom, CA. This is the first of several stops in the western U.S. for the expanded KBF TRAIL schedule in 2022 (Arizona, Utah, Colorado and a second California event are also on the KBF events schedule). The 2022 KBF TRAIL Series also expands to include a simultaneous Pro Series event, held parallel to the TRAIL SERIES tournaments.

Additionally, KBF Ambassador Club Yak-A-Bass NorCal is hosting the event (see additional info below)!

KBF competition adopts a Catch-Photo-Release format. Anglers earn points towards:

  • Farwide KBF Angler of the Year
  • KBF Rookie of the Year presented by Rogue Fishing

Additional opportunities include

  • 2022 KBF Trail Series Championship Qualification
  • Optional KBF Challenge Series presented by FishUSA in the host state
  • 2022 Kayak Bass Fishing National Championship Qualification

About the Lake: Folsom Lake is centrally located in the Sierra Nevada foothills outside Sacramento. Covering 11,500 surface acres of water,Folsom Lake is well known as an excellent Largemouth, Smallmouth and Spotted Bass fishery.
