KBF has more staff now than ever and we have worked hard over the last two months to define and then redefine (and refine) responsibilities to best serve you all.
One area that has been difficult (especially for me) at times is communication. This is mostly due to the volume of communications that I have though I do try to get back to everyone that I can.
So, over the past couple of years if there has been anything that has been missed, prizes not awarded, loops not closed or issues that haven’t been resolved, please give us a chance to make it right at this time.
