REQUIRED PERMITS — A valid State fishing license.

EVENT ID CARD — An official KBF Event ID Card with the proper Event ID Code must appear in each photo submitted for scoring. Codes are posted on the KBF Website Identifiers page and appear in the TourneyX Pro App dashboard at 6PM the evening before competition. No substitutes. Click to open a PDF file, printable, with 8 KBF Event Cards. [More Information]

ELIGIBLE WATER — Lakes and rivers listed below plus tributaries as far as one may paddle/float from them, plus any canal, creek, channel or slough connecting them. [Map]
• Compete on Table Rock Lake
• River Bassin’ Boundaries (last access points upstream):
» Last River Bassin’ Access on White River is at Beaver Dam Put-In
» Last River Bassin’ Access on Kings River is at Kings River Outfitters & Trigger Gap Outfitters
» Last River Bassin’ Access on James River is at Delaware Town Access

Anglers must launch no further upstream than the points marked on the Event Map by a triangle of three white squares in a green circle, but they are eligible to fish upstream of them.

However, all other KBF rules standards still apply if heading upstream on any “last river bassin’ access”; most notably, Rule 5.b. which declares waters that are “separated by obstructions of a permanent nature (e.g., levees, earthen or concrete dams, berms, roadbeds, spillways, waterfalls – class V+) are ineligible water, and competition in such areas is prohibited. Violation will result in disqualification from the event. And, rule E.iii., which states that an “anglers watercraft may remain in sight at all times…” and that any fish caught must be photographed “…with part of their watercraft in the photo.”

Anglers may access the river by any public means between this point and the lake, so if access at the upper points prove difficult, we suggest utilizing ones downstream at easier locations or fishing in the lake portion of eligible water. Each angler must decide, individually, what he/she feels they can do in terms of getting watercraft too or from the water, KBF can only provide anglers with this well-defined point of final access on each river system.

• LAUNCH from any public-access launch point contiguous with, though not necessarily directly onto, eligible water
