Event Rules Addendum

  1. Format: This is a three-day CPR tournament with reduction of field to the top 100 after Day 2. Each competitor’s final score will be determined by adding the total length of the bass by his name on the Event Leader Board at end-of-competition time on Day 1 (Wednesday), Day 2 (Thursday) and Day 3 (Friday). All bass scored must have been caught from eligible water during competition hours and submitted within the time frame permitted by the rules. Up to five (5) bass each day will contribute to the cumulative score.
  2. Venue Hosts: Marshall County Conventions & Visitors Bureau welcomes KBF to Lake Guntersville.
For information about the local area, places to stay, restaurants, etc. visit marshallcountycvb.com. Here are a few important points that they’ve shared with us to help us keep both the community and visitors healthy:
    • Alabama is under a mandatory mask order. Please keep your mask with you at all times. Restaurants, hotel lobbies, retail stores all require a mask for entry.
    • Anglers and family members are asked to wear masks at Sign-in, Report-in, and in other public areas and maintain 6 feet distance when possible.
    • Hotels and campgrounds promise to provide a clean, safe stay for all guests with extra precautions taken during this time.
    • We do recommend that you reserve your hotel room or campsite as soon as possible if you plan to participate in the tournament. Lake Guntersville has been a popular destination during the last few months and rooms/campgrounds are booking quickly.
    • All tournament assemblies and activities will take place at Lake Guntersville State Park. The lodge and campgrounds are great options for overnight stays.
