  8. Manual Submission of Digital Photos: The preferred method for submitting digital photos is direct upload from the Competitor’s smart phone to the Tournament Management System (TMS). Because data signal strength on the water ranges from fair to none, Competitors may need to return to cabins or HQ with Wi-Fi to upload photos. If a Competitor cannot upload photos on his own, he must request assistance from KBF Event Staff at Tournament HQ no later than 4:00 p.m. and must be prepared to surrender his smart phone, camera, or cameras’ memory card with USB cable.
  9. Eligible Water & Location
    • Lakes are Purvis, Thomas, and Lake 14. Roads open for our use and launch points for the KBF Dee Zee TENvitational are marked on this map: http://www.kayakbassfishing.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Kayak-Map.pdf
    • N Thomas and S Thomas are joined by a canal and both are eligible water..
    • Stay out of water where the map shows a yellow boundary line around it. (No, there’s not really a yellow tape around the lakes.)
    • Prefishing on eligible waters is prohibited from Tuesday, January 1 through Tuesday, January 29.
    • Water may be accessed from any point; however, roads are traveled by heavy mining equipment and transport, and many road shoulders are soft sand not suitable for driving and parking. If you pull off the road to drag through the brush and across a berm, you risk finding your vehicle mired up to the axels or sideswiped by large construction equipment during your absence.
  10. Entry Fee and Registration Procedures
    • This event is conducted as an online Tournament.
    • Sign up and pay the Entry Fee on the KBF Store

Camping & Lodging

Bienville Plantation has a number of large, very comfortable 5-bedroom cabins (actually lodges). KBF Members often go in together to reserve an entire cabin or rent individual 2-double-bed rooms with private baths, sharing the den and kitchen area with other guests. It does not have camping facilities at this time and is not able to offer that option to its guests, but there are many other campgrounds within a relatively short distance.
