Lake George Launches
Hullets Landing Marina will open Saturday and Sunday at 05:00 AM. They will be charging $10 per kayak to launch and $12 per vehicle for parking and they have parking for approximately 40 vehicles with trailers. They will also be selling coffee and snacks.
Norowal Marina will allow launching as early as you want. However, there will be a chain across the ramp until they open so you must launch around that so backing your trailer down won’t be an option. They require a parking and launching fee. The fees are $12 for launching with no trailer and $13 parking. If you launch with a trailer is is $26 to launch and $28 to park, but they don’t charge per kayak, just per vehicle. You just pay the launch fee before you leave as there will be no one there to take payment when you launch.

Public parks that allow early Kayak launching. Be sure to pay fees if required.

NOTES…
1) some of the major Ramps are open early. Others may not.
2) the public parks may require a parking/launch fee, but allow early access. Payment of fees may be done after fishing but must be done before leaving. If gates are open then access is permitted and post park hours signs only apply to park facilities and amenities
3) this is not a complete list of all acceptable kayak launches on Lake George as most town parks and beaches allow kayak launching and early access.

PRIZE PAYOUT
Payments are processed after event results are finalized and all disputes have been resolved. Each Competitor awarded a cash prize must have an IRS FORM W-9 on file with KBF. Details and instructions
After receiving the completed, signed and dated Form W-9, KBF will distribute payments via PayPal Funds Transfer to the email address provided during event registration or to the account type specified during registration.

- 2024 KBF National Championship – Competitors who finish in the top 25% in rank

EVENT RULES
- Format: CPR (catch-photo-release) Tournament in which bass are photographed on an approved measuring board along with an Event Identifier Card are uploaded via the Fishing Chaos App.
- Minimum length: 12.00″
- Number of Fish: Trail Series I & II – best 5 each day.
- Event ID Code: The Event ID Code will be released at 7:00 PM the night before the tournament start time. The code will appear in the tournament dashboard on Fishing Chaos, click the yellow “VIEW IDENTIFIER CODE” box to see the 4 digit code. The code must be clearly written in any box on the Event Identifier Card. print identifier card
- Safety Status: Reporting your safety status when launching “In the Water” and returning to the launch “Out of Water” is mandatory.
- Disputes: the dispute period will remain open for 1 hour from the end of competition time. Disputes are accepted only by submitting the dispute form.
- Entry Fee Refunds: Cancellations must be received prior to the event registration deadline to be eligible for a full credit to another KBF event or a refund minus 20%. KBF is not responsible for any refunds of expenses related to travel or lodging reservations or other payments involving third parties. Competitors must complete the refund request form to be eligible for a refund.
